I work with endurance athletes to build strength, durability, and long-term performance through consistent, structured training that fits into real life.

At the core of my coaching is a personalized training plan delivered through TrainingPeaks. Your program is built around your schedule, goals, and current fitness, with clear workouts and purposeful progression over time.

Coaching also extends beyond the plan. I provide ongoing guidance around training decisions, goal-setting, recovery, and navigating setbacks. This can include support with strength training, mobility, nutrition, and the mental side of performance.

The focus is simple: build strength, durability, and long-term fitness through consistent, purposeful training.

I work primarily with mountain bikers, with experience across road and gravel, supporting athletes who want to keep improving while maintaining long-term health and sustainability.

Based in Bend, Oregon, I coach athletes nationwide.
