Performance. Enjoyment. Longevity.
I coach cyclists who want to ride strong for life.
I offer personalized coaching for midlife athletes who care about sustainable fitness, long-term health, and staying on the bike through the changing seasons of life.
Training is built around real constraints (time, recovery, work, family, and health) without losing structure or purpose. Programs develop fitness, endurance, strength, skills, and confidence, while supporting consistency over years, not just one season.
Coaching also extends beyond structured training plans. I support athletes in making thoughtful decisions around goals, events, recovery, and sustainability over time. This includes navigating setbacks and maintaining perspective through highs and lows.
As needed, coaching may also include guidance around strength training, mobility, recovery practices, nutrition habits, and the social and psychological dynamics that shape an athlete’s relationship to cycling.
