With 25 years of experience as an endurance athlete and over 15 years as a personal coach, I bring both expertise and lived perspective. I’ve coached competitive cyclists (because I used to be one), and now specialize in supporting midlife athletes, time-crunched parents, and busy professionals. 2017–2021 – Mountain Bike Guide & Yoga Instructor (REI Outdoor School)
Guided mountain bike rides and taught yoga as part of REI’s Outdoor School programming while serving as an HQ REI employee.

Delivered one-on-one and group sessions focused on bike handling, confidence, and safety.

2014–2017 – Co-Founder, Women’s Cycling NYC (Bicycle Habitat)
Organized and led rides, workshops, and events to support women in cycling while working at Bicycle Habitat and partnering with Trek as a Women’s Advocate.

Taught recovery-focused yoga for athletes in NYC, emphasizing mobility and nervous system regulation.
