2. Digital Products & Courses
Purchases of digital downloads, online courses, meditations, and other digital materials are non-refundable.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the materials. You may not:

upload content to external platforms

3. Physical Artwork & Reproductions
Original Artwork
Original artwork sold through this site is considered a final sale.
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork:
Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the artwork arrives damaged
Buyers are responsible for reviewing artwork details, dimensions, and descriptions prior to purchase
All original artwork is carefully packaged and shipped fully insured. If artwork arrives damaged, buyers must notify Kristen Phillips Art within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic documentation so an insurance claim may be filed.
Made-to-Order Reproductions
Canvas reproductions are produced to order and are considered final sale once production has begun.
Because each reproduction is custom made:
Returns and cancellations are not accepted
Minor variations in color or texture may occur due to printing processes and screen differences
Purchase of physical artwork or reproductions does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
4. One-on-One Sessions & Coaching
Scheduling or purchasing a 1:1 session indicates agreement with the following:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance
Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable
Refunds are not offered for missed or unattended sessions
If a session must be canceled by Kristen Phillips Art, a reschedule or refund will be offered
Sessions provide creative, educational, and reflective guidance. They are not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.
Ongoing coaching relationships may be governed by separate coaching agreements or written understandings established directly with clients.
