If a workshop is cancelled by the instructor or SAS, a full refund will be given. If student cancels by at least 21 days before start of class, a full refund will be given. If student cancels by email between 14-20 days prior to start of class, a 50%refund will be given. No refunds will be given for any cancellations during the 13 days prior to the start of class. We are unable to make any exceptions to the refund policy. While we understand that sudden illness or emergencies beyond your control might require you to cancel your attendance, we are truly sorry, but the terms stated above are the result of non-refundable costs incurred by SAS.
