My work sits at the intersection of art and self-awareness.
I help people explore imagination and creative process as a way to reconnect with meaning, expression, and balance.
The pursuit of authenticity through creative work has always been at the center of my life. Art is where I’ve learned to listen deeply to what matters most. Over time, my interest in creating finished pieces has evolved into a fascination with the process of making itself. I’m always looking for what is honest to break through the surface. The higher truth that lives within each work.
My background is rooted in both fine art and art history (BFA in Visual Communication, BA in Art History from Northern Arizona University), with further study at the Honolulu Academy of Art, the Art Students League of New York, and the New York School of the Arts. I also hold a Certificate in Wellness Counseling from Cornell University and teaching certifications in Yoga and Yoga Nidra, with additional training in mindfulness, depth psychology, trauma-informed practices, and somatic awareness.
For more than two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of art, movement, and contemplative practice. My current work, Imaginative Art, integrates mental and emotional wellness with direct experience. It’s about using art to enter into dialogue with the unseen forces that shape us and to discover how to express what’s most real.
