Most people either skip strength training or approach it in a way that doesn’t move them toward their goals. This work is here to change that.
Each program is personalized around your focus, your schedule, and the equipment you have available. It’s designed to build strength that carries over to your life, so you can ride, ski, run, or even just keep up with your kids.
Strength Training

Strength programming is delivered in structured 4-week blocks.
We start with an intake that includes your goals, schedule, training background, and available equipment. You’ll also complete a short health screen and send a few videos so I can see how you move and build your program accordingly.
From there, I design a program that fits your life. Each 4-week block includes a clear progression so you can follow it independently.
At the end of each block, we’ll do a check-in to review your progress and make adjustments before moving forward.

Depending on your goals and starting point, your program may emphasize:
strength and progressive loading
stability and control
mobility and range of motion
strength endurance
injury resilience
I work with adults of all ages and abilities. Experience with strength training is helpful (but not required) as long as you’re comfortable working independently.

$175/month
A one-time $75 onboarding fee applies for new clients. This covers the initial intake process, movement review, and program setup.
A 3-month minimum commitment is requested.
There are no long-term contracts. You can pause or cancel at any time.
