1:1 Sessions
I work with individuals and small groups who want to expand their creative practice and develop a more personal visual language. Sessions can include guided art practices, feedback on existing work, intuitive drawing or painting, overcoming creative blocks, and ways to move from idea to image. Sessions happen on Zoom or Google Meet and are $90/hour.

This course is designed to help you reset your creative energy, quiet self-doubt, and reconnect with imagination as the living source that makes creativity feel alive. It lays the foundation for deeper imaginative work by teaching you how to listen inwardly, follow what emerges, and experience flow not as something you chase, but as something that unfolds when you return to process.
This course explores how artists have used abstraction to give form to what words cannot express. Through story, guided practice, and music, you’ll discover how art can help you process emotion, connect with imagination, and touch the unseen. By the end, you’ll have a set of creative practices you can return to anytime, along with ways of working that feel both personal and intuitive.
An experiential course that explores how art becomes a living dialogue between awareness and imagination. Rooted in depth psychology, modern art, and contemplative practice, this work frames creativity as inquiry: a way of seeing, sensing, and participating in what arises. You’ll work directly with perception and the subtle shifts that occur when you stay with an image long enough for it to change you.
This course introduces simple therapeutic art practices that use creativity as a language that helps you process emotions, release stress, and reconnect with yourself in meaningful ways. Across five guided lessons, you’ll explore how to give form to your inner landscape, transform difficult feelings into images you can work with, and discover themes that support resilience and clarity.
