Creativity Coaching
Get Unstuck. Find Your Flow.
Guided, supported, and fully personalized creative experiences through art and practice.
Creativity is the spark that keeps us growing and makes life interesting. I’ve been an artist for as long as I can remember, and searching for that elusive spark has taught me a lot about how creativity really works. Over time, I discovered that creativity is a muscle that grows when we enjoy the process instead of chasing the outcome. When we focus on process, we also build a deeper trust in ourselves. My role is to be your supportive guide in this work, someone who has navigated the depths and can light the way.
That’s the foundation of my coaching. In 1:1 or small group sessions, I help you discover your own creative flow so the process itself becomes enjoyable and sustaining. Depending on your needs, this might include intuitive art, journaling, supportive coaching conversations, mindfulness-based practices, or movement. For those who want to go deeper, I draw on Jungian-inspired methods such as active imagination, dreamwork, and therapeutic art. I work with artists and non-artists alike. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to explore.
My background includes a BA in Art History and a BFA in Visual Communication from Northern Arizona University, with further study at the Honolulu Academy of Art School, the Art Students League of New York, and the New York School of the Arts. Beyond the studio, I’m trained in Wellness Counseling from Cornell University and am a certified Yoga and Yoga Nidra instructor. Since 2010, I’ve been teaching and guiding art, yoga, and cycling practices with the same goal: expanding the benefits of the creative process into everyday life.
