Small Group Sessions
Creative practice has the power to connect people to each other and to what matters most.
Small group sessions invite families, co-workers, and other teams to experience the relational side of art-making. Together, you’ll explore simple creative exercises rooted in mindfulness, stress reduction, and communication. Art-making becomes a shared language of reflection and expression.
Each experience is custom-tailored to your group. Examples include:
Drawing Together: a guided practice for creative connection
Creative Reset: mindfulness-based art for collective calm and clarity
Imaginative Art Workshop: a hands-on exploration of curiosity, color, and expression
-
Imaginative Art Small Group Sessions are for families, friends, or teams who want to explore creativity for relationship building. They can be especially helpful for:
Strengthening communication and connection through shared creative experience
Reconnecting as a family, couple, or group in a meaningful, low-pressure way
Using art to reflect on collective themes, emotions, or transitions
Exploring imagination as a way to deepen awareness, empathy, and collaboration
-
My approach treats creativity as a form of discovery. In small group and team settings, this becomes a shared space for communication, innovation, and reflection. Drawing from my background in organizational wellness along with mindfulness, yoga, and embodied awareness, I help participants slow down, reconnect, and explore creative thinking as a way to enhance focus, collaboration, and well-being.

Each 75-minute session offers a structured yet creative environment for exploration and collaboration. We begin with a grounding practice to help slow down and shift out of problem-solving mode, then move into guided exercises that use visual and imaginative thinking to spark insight and new perspectives.
Participants create individually and collectively using simple materials, followed by reflection and discussion. The process encourages listening, openness, and creative flow: qualities that naturally translate into clearer communication, renewed focus, and stronger connection.
-
Greater connection and communication within the group
A sense of collective flow, curiosity, and creative engagement
Relief from stress and a renewed feeling of balance and focus
Fresh insight and appreciation for one another’s perspectives
A shared sense of presence and meaning through the act of creating together
